Bad Rude staff, the whole place stinks everywhere

I had no light bulb n my stove area windows wouldn’t open or crack open room was stuffy wen cooking no coffee makers or coffee no blow dryer for my wife too expensive for that treatment

No one ever came to take my trash out or change my sheets. I never got clean towels and had to end up using my own. There were constantly roaches in the room.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy and that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We were in town for a soccer tournament. When I booked the hotel I requested non smoking. Upon arrival I was informed all that was available was smoking. It was late so we decided to give it a chance. It didn’t take long to decide we would not stay there the second night. The beds were uncomfortable and there was no pressure in the shower. I could also here the people above me walking around all night.

Bad hotel for the price Check in was bad hotel smells room was not great fro the price .in the morning we were looking for front deck person no one was their till 8am I will not suggest anyone to stay their I ask for disposable forks and plates the person who gave it to me seemed sick coughing and it to all of though un wrapped not nice
