Should have been an Anniversary trip but it was horrible!! Next time only Marriott Residence. The power went on and off back to back and on Sunday the power was out for 4 hours!!! Nothing done to accommodate us or give us a longer check our time. We were almost charged for extra time although the power was turn on at 10:30 am!! We couldn’t see in the bathroom. Very bad customer service This is the worst experience I ever had with a hotel and I never am a picky customer. We reserved a non-smoking room but when we got there the lady at the front desk told us she only have smoking room left and I was even okay with it. There was a lot of stain in kitchen counter and blanket and I was okay with it as well. However around 5 am the next morning the electricity went out and the room was freezing. They should not be allowed to use the word "suites" in their name. Instead of "suites," it should say "coffins." The rooms are so small and the ceilings are so low that it truly feels like a coffin. I am only 5" 8' and wonder how someone 6" 4 could survive in this environment. I became depressed shortly after entering the room. And it is very close to an interstate that has extremely loud trucks going by frequently at night. The photo used along with this listing is NOT representative of the property.

Rude Hotel called me telling me that staff will leave at 8 Pm and nobody will be available to check me in (ok I guess). Morning after I noticed there was no shampoo when I asked they told me they do not supply shampoo for the rooms I'd got one "complementary it was about 10:30 am (still ok I guess). No pots in the kitchen Charged pet fee of $50. This was above pet price quoted by hotel.com.($10) Kitchenette had no pots, pans or even a cup to use in it or the microwave. Guess it did not matter as the microwave did not work anyway. Floor of room was a laminate. Receptionist was rude at check in and no one was available at the front desk when we left in the morning.

Well every day had to go Nd get a key for the room n sometimes 2 or time have to go back down because new key wasn’t working either the was quite a bit of noise as well also wen entering building sometimes smelled like refer
