Horrible staff. Very Unorganized. I booked 7 days and paid in full at hotel. After receiving room 401, I did laundry (2hrs) came back and they moved another guest in my room! They gave me another room 214. Went to work the next morning, pulled double shift, came back to find another guest items in my room and all my personal items removed! Couldnt get refund cause manager didnt want to take my call since he left property for the night smh. Had to sleep in car that night after paying for week in full! Very unhappy

Reservation was for two beds, was told they were out and given a one bed room. Told the front desk staff I had a confirmation for a two bed room. Was told that it’s the State fair and Expedia’s fault. Very poor service

I thought the fact that a long list of rules which were just suitably consistent to rules given to people in correctional facilities and rehab programs or giving or given to guest pain guess of a hotel in the summer highlighted as a mockery or an insult towards certain guests

The lobby was dirty. Someone had spilled pizza before I got there and it was all over. The clerk went to clean it up after I mentioned it. I had no soap or shampoo in my room. This was s very disappointing hotel.

I didn’t go into the hotel to judge. It was dark and dreary. A man was outside the entrance stumbling around. I was afraid to get out of my vehicle so I cancelled the stay.
