Disgusting. Filthy. Trash piled outside the entry doors because lazy tenants not wanting to take their trash to the dumpster. Management did not address this. Old food in stairwells that was never cleaned up. Drug deals happening nightly in the back parking lot. Police called every single day. I work out of state. My wife was approached and harrassed by a repeat sexual predator that management was aware of but allowed him to continue staying. Would not help my wife forcing her to call police. Worst experience ever! The guy at the check in desk was wearing Nitrile gloves!!!! We were trying to check in at 9pm. There were 4 people in line in front of us. It to forever to get one person checked in! 3 people left. They were trying to find rooms that were cleaned and ready...at 9pm!! The pics of the place are very deceiving! It is on a bad part of town. We did not feel safe or comfortable at all. We cancelled our reservation and they seemed relieved that they wouldn't have to try to find us a room. I use hotels.com all... read more

The experience was horrible. Rude staff. Property ran down. A/C didn't work. Took 2 hours to get someone up to look at the A/C and it still couldn't be fixed and didn't move me to a different room. I turned in my key and left. Will not ever be back.

Pass! Horrible. Everything, just horrible. They messed up checking me in when we arrived late so Krystal decided to come wake me up early and ask to “walk me down to pay”. I was appalled. Had to get dressed and opened the door and felt like a criminal, literally she was right there by my door and then escorted me to front desk. When i first got into the room i turned on the ac and the whole front of the ac fell off then i tried to connect my laptop to the "free wifi" and got informed the wifi isnt free and you have to pay for each device you want connected. The toilet handle was broken and anytime i wanted to cook on the stove i had to open the window and turn on extra fans so i didnt set off the fire alarm

Poor customer service Customer service was very poor. I made a reservation and the clerk couldn't use the system so she gave us a key and said they will comp the first night and straighten everything out the next day... Well they made me leave work saying if i don't come now and pay they will kick my girl out.. They were very rude about it and i did nothing wrong. I paid and went somewhere else... Would not ever go there again

Frequent Traveler Horrible experience. The room was dirty, and infested with insects and Cockroaches. Very poor amenities. Only two towels, one soap and no shampoo. Bed very uncomfortable, and wifi has an unsecured network connection. Very risky internet use. Keep away from this facility.
