Put us in a room with dirty sheets, no lock on the door, and stunk like weed and cigarettes. Then when we made a complaint, Shay tried to make us take down a truthful review to get put in a not trashed room. Unfortunately for her hotels.com doesn’t let you take down bad reviews when you’re being extorted by hotel management.. 😒

The general manager was very impatient, abrasive, and unwilling to work with us. Refused an 2 week rental refund all because we booked through hotels.com. Stated that she needed to run a business which apparently in Norman Oklahoma you need screw your customers out of their money every chance you get. You belong there, miserable b!t€h..
