Room key was disabled 15 minutes before check out We had a late check in. The lobby clerk met us with a smile and check in went very smoothly. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. We definitely want to come back. However, someone came and pounded on our door at 10:30 a.m. to make sure we knew to check out at 11:00. Our key card stopped working at 10:45 a.m. It was 6° outside with a -18 wind-chill and loading our car was very difficult.
