Restless night We called to let the hotel know we would be arriving late night. We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in, then another 25 minutes before we were able to get into our room, which gave us 4 hours before we had to be at an event the next morning. The bed was a full size and on a metal frame that squeaked horribly everytime we moved. Very restless night, we will not stay at this franchise again.

It was quiet easy access to nearby places on the negative side the TV in the room wouldn't work it would come on but could not change channels even manually with the buttons on the TV the front desk shuts down on the evening and there's nobody there to help you with your issues I called customer service to try to get help with the TV and they told me I would have to wait till the next morning until there was staff available
