Weekend in Norman Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The air conditioner strugfled to keep up with the Oklahoma heat. I wish they at least offered coffee.

One of the worst stay I've ever had the black lady at the front desk is very rude was told I could not have clean towels that I could go pay $7 out of my own pocket to wash and dry their towels so I could take a shower the beds are hard the room was not clean will not be coming back i will make sure everyone i knows wont go there the black lady was yelling at my mom and very very rude to her..
