Quick trip - Nice stay Wanted an inexpensive but clean hotel with good ratings for an overnight, post OU game stay. This was it! Definitely no frills, but the front desk staff were extremely friendly and the room was very clean. There were only two small bath towels and two washcloths, no hand towels, so that was a bit annoying for two adults. It filled our needs: a bed to sleep in. This was a one night stay on a long 13 hour driving trip. The room was acceptably clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the neighborhood felt safe but was not near amenities, the price was right: more or less it filled our needs arriving late and leaving early.

Very clean, quiet, good location. The staff was very helpful, pleasant. Check-in took longer than normal, but that was not the staff's fault. But overall I inspected everything even the laundry room and they were very well kept (clean) maintained.

Sparse amenities but clean and spacious Very nice, clean, spacious room. Floors in the whole building are hardwood so definitely cleaner than normal hotel carpets. Kitchenette was great but no flatware or plates are provided. These places are great deals but they get you on the extras - charges for cleaning, toilet paper, etc. No fitness center but 24 hour laundry is nice. Front desk is only manned during business hours so that's a bit inconvenient, but overall a great room for the money.

Room was clean. The only problem with was the lack of a comfortable chair in which to watch TV. I hate watching TV from a bed. The only chair(s) in the room were hard plastic stacking type chairs - fine to eat at the table in, but awfully uncomfortable for anything else...
