Not enough pillows and the elevator was broken. I wish we would have gotten an email the night before so we could have changed hotels. They said they would cancel our reservation, but at that point we had nowhere else to go. Better communication would have been great. But it was clean, tidy and secure. No complaints there.

Room was moderately clean. Definitely not as clean as it should been. There were roaches live and dead. The bed was without a doubt the Most Uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I've slept on dorm room beds that were way more comfortable. In all honesty the floor was more comfortable. I couldn't get any significant amount of sleep on it. I woke up in so much pain in my back I had to stretch for 1hr hoping it would give me some relief. I'll never stay here again. There is simply no excuse to have poor bedding.

Bad bed It was really clean. The bed was terrible I could not sleep all night because the bed was lumpy and killed my back. You really need to invest in better mattresses.

Affordable, very nice staff. Very basic. A little run down but just an older building. No bed bugs but I did kill a roach in the kitchen.
