The room overall was nice, there were just minor things that would have bothered me more if I had stayed longer than a night. For instance, the room was a suite with a stove, cabinets and a refrigerator, but absolutely no utensils were included in the suite. No plates, pans, coffee makers, anything really. All of that was an additional charge for purchase at the front desk. I didn't need to use any of that, but for a hotel set up to host long-term guests, this seemed particularly deficient.

This was not what I expected at all. The staff was rude, no coffee machine in the rooms, the bed was super small and uncomfortable, the floors were sticky, no ice bucket or machine-even vending machines, the towels and bedding didn’t have a nice smell to them, I had to go buy some and use my own and the noise all throughout the night was ridiculous, it didn’t stop from the time I checked and left. Not Woodsprings I never went. I was charged for a fsy i did not go and i planned to go for my bday but after the useless front desk said she had to talk to her boss who never called me back made me not even want to go there for my bday and get charged again. Bad place and service i will most definetly tell everyome i know Not to stay at your hotel.

Ehhh it’s okay It was okay. I didn’t like how the hotel smelled of smoke. It didn’t have a blow dryer or a iron. And we Checked in late and they had no one at the front desk you had to call on a phone and then that person called someone in the hotel and someone came down and checked you in.

Check-in was a nightmare. Waited 18 mins to check-in and after we found someone to help us we were questioned if we followed the rules to check-in (Dial 500 if no one was at the front desk)

No one was available for check in at 10 pm. Another person had locked themselves out of their room and we both had the call the 1800 number to get someone to come to the window. She was a bit grouchy when she finally came to the window. She then helped the other person and then walked away as i was telling her i needed to check in. She finally came back around and opened the window so i could check in. The bed in my room was like sleeping on a sofa bed.
