Never again The TV that’s in the room had a different controller for it. The bag kept sliding off the frame and poor customer service skills. There is no way at the front desk when I called HR still took them 20 minutes after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes for somebody to come assist me

I didn't stay last night bec they said when I booked the rooms with you . They didn't have the 2 double rooms I requested, at all they had was 1 single room. I called before I went to go check in because it was a late check in. The front desk said they never had the 2 double bed rooms from the beginning. You guy's said they did. Plus they charged me been though I did stay at all. 8 request a refund for my inconvenience. My name is Richard Calhoun

They charged twice. I had already paid with Expedia but still had to pay more once I got there, so the price displayed is not correct. The staff was rude. They got mad at us for laughing at the elevators accusing us of sneaking people in when we clearly told the front desk how many people we had, along with the reservation with Expedia. One of our rooms didn’t have any type of water pressure to take a shower & the hot water on the sink was a trickle. The beds were dirty, you could literally see the dirt & nasty stains. Never again The room was smaller then I expected, the bed was very uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep, I could hear everything going on around me in the middle of the night, the shower head was away from the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the wall unit kept me up also because it beeped when it would turn on, and I had to flip the breaker on twice for the bathroom lights
