Front desk lady is rude and gives me problems about my registered service animal.
Horrible staff

Run far from this place. The outside of the place should have been enough for me to turn around. Went in anyways. Odd front lobby, but not horrible. Front desk attendant was less than welcoming. First thing that hits you is the smell though. I understand that extended stays have kitchens so there will be cooking going on. But it was awful. The room was clean. The mattress was not good. Do NOT stay here!! The staff when we arrived was very rude! It’s was cold and raining and we arrived 15 minutes early and they very rudely told me that we could NOT check in 15 minutes early! The hot water when we arrived was not hot, my daughter and grand baby had to bathe in like warm water!! My grandson vomited on my bed and I was told that I had to pay $1.52 a day to exchange my bedding AND I needed to wash them first! I will NOT EVER STAY AT WOODSPRING AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!
Everyone Here Is Rude And The Manager Over This Location Is Definitely NOT management material, she comes off way too defensive and b*tchy and her facial expressions makes her look unapproachable. Completely unsatisfied with this stay and I'm sad I wasted so much money here! 0 STARS
