None of the items you would expect. No soap, shampoo, hangers, luggage rack or shower curtain. Cooking and eating utensils only for sale. $30.00 for a pot and pan. Then what do I do with it as I am a flyer. I will not return as this is NOT business traveler friendly. As the computer was down I won’t even go into the checkin experience. This was the worst stay, before I got into my room 110 I had a black gentalman try to sell me some pot, the laundry room was across from my room, he was there most of the night all kind of noise right outside my room when I went to the frount desk no one was around, I had the room for 2 nights but at 6am Tue morning I left again no one at the frount. Dirty Beds and cigarettes Beds were dirty and even though there was a “no smoking” the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no one at the front desk starting around 8 in the evening and there still wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we checked out the following morning at 7:30. Would not recommend and will not be staying there again.

We made reservation for a room with two beds and we got to the site, they told us they dinot have a room with two beds, so they gave us a room with one bed and a couch. when we opened up the couch there was ni mattress or sheets or pillow. we went down stairs to get some sheets, but no one was on duty. my son had to sleep on the floor.It really sucked. Never again

Staff were unprofessional and extremely rude. Pretty sure I interupted the person at the front desk from smoking pot in the back because my key wasn't working. Killed several roaches in the room and left with bed bugs. I have had good experinces at other Woodspring locations, but i would rather stay in my car than this nasty place again.

uncleaned room Room had not been cleaned. The first thing I noticed was no toilet paper, then a dirty, wet washcloth in the bathtub, and then dry dog or cat food scattered on the floor.
