Bad management The manager on duty is very rude. I had lost my cell phone at hotel. Thankfully someone turned it in at the front desk. When i inquired about the phone manager acted as if i was inconveinence and proceeded to inform me that the phone that was turned in has been lost for two weeks. When i was able to describe the phone and ect. She was hateful and threatned to turn me in for smoking and i would recieve a fine. I was appolled that the manager on duty wasnt helpful at all. The property is not at all clean. The floor itself is smelly. Beds are not good, Air con doesn’t work.

I tried to call the hotel for hours no answer then when i got there,when i walked in no one there so i called no answer even from the landline i side of hotel.after 20 minutes a worker showed up and was able to help me. There
