I had to be moved rooms. One of the bed had food all over it as well as the pillow. Roach eggs on the floor! Night stand sticky! The second room was a hint cleaner. Jelly on its floors. Tv stopped working. First floor smells like pee when you enter from the door. It was loud all around us. So no sleep. The lady at front desk was great though.

I had the worst experience with them I couldn't ever get any service I made reservations and had to sleep at the front door bcuz NO1 wanted to do thier job AnD COME TO THE DOOR TO SERVICE ME AND MY 59 YEAR OLD MOTHER .. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT HONOR MY RESERVATION THEY ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO KEEP ANSWERING THE PHONE AND LYING ABOUT THEY HAD SOMEONE COMING TO HELP US ..!!

Laundry facility is state of the art complete with machines that you pay for right from your phone. So you expect the machines to do certain things like the washing machines are supposed to drain and rinse and spin and the dryers are supposed heat up and dry clothes. I spent $11.25 to wash a single load of laundry but the load never washed and rinsed so i had dirty and now wet laundry that tumbled in a dryer that never got hot and everything that myself and my two toddlers had to wear was soaking wet and after showing the gu... read more

Absolutely disgusting I got bite by bugs! Found a giant roach in my room the size of my hand! They were so rude when I tried to communicate my concerns and they moved me to a room that had NO AC! Staff was terrible this was the worst experience I’ve ever had !
