Minimalistic hotel experience The room did not even have bath soap or shampoo. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable

Hotel service was dreadful, room was not clean, no amenities. Would not only never stay there again but if there were other Wood Spring Suites I would avoid them as well.
Hotel just to stay for convenience. Poor wall insulation. Noise from other rooms is not properly block.
Horrible Roach hotel is all i gotta say and it always smelled if u turned off the air conditioning
Mediocre and not very good for vacation stay this is a one night type of place. Even the review wants me to write alot, well okay TERRIBLE only the staff and vending machine were okay.

Nice hotel near to thr citie When you are ovrr 2 or 3 weeks, the room are cleaned only one time, and only one bathroom papel for all the time (2 weeks)

The hotel was ok for a last minute stay but was way overpriced. The beds weren't very comfortable either. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Last time there It is my fifth time me or a member of the family to go there. All the previous times were very good and we were happy with the choice. However, this time was terrible. We found cockroaches in the room and we moved to a 2nd room to find cockroaches in the 2nd room too. we had a reservation for 18 night but we checked out after 2 nights. I and Expedia agents have been trying to reach a manger there to process a refund but always the manger wasn't there.
