Should of checked the reviews When I entered the hotel, it smelled like cigarettes. Upon entering the room, I saw two small roaches near the stove. I was able to look past that and continue to enter the room. Every time I turned on more lights, more roaches began to scatter. They were on the walls, ceilings and in the bathroom. I immediately checked out. The hotel staff was able to call me a cab.

Cheap blinds that let parking lot light in all night then got super bright when the sun came up. Nobody can sleep good with a spot light in their room. Walls are thin neighbors were loud till 1am and tv was loud till 2am.

The plave was infested with roaches. The personnel did not provide any pillows for the first night stay. The pillow cases where there without pillows and filtht. When asked we where given attutude and provided dirty pillows with dirt and blood; in addtion to the pillow not being provided with pillow cases. Overall speaking with the staff they said there was nothing they could do sence the room was booked through hotels.com

Dirty Hotel room was so dirty our employee didn't feel comfortable staying and had to check out. The hotel said they would give a refund. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received refund or any email about a refund. About to call again and try to get company money back.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. The lobby reminded me of a jail front desk with enough space for about a single family with luggage. The majority of the clienteles look like vagrants or as if they were straight from a halfway house. Elevator carpets had multiple stains on them and the rooms were outdated. The entire facility had a musty smell to it as well. The only advantage to this hotel would be the price and how friendly the staff was. This is not a place for families.

Look at the reviews, not the pictures Bathroom floor leaked water and was not clean. One bed had no sheets on it. Smelled of dirty people and the shower curtain looked like it had never been washed. Avoid!

Bums rush It was awful. I stayed for several days reserved and they tried to check me out every day, as if I didn't have a reservation. They even parked a cleaning cart in my room, claiming I had left.

Not for non-smokers or arriving after hours. Beware, this hotel smells like nicotine just about everywhere. This is NOT a free-smoke environment. Seems most smokers know and fill this hotel up. I had reserved a non-smoking room, but after check-in, I was given a key to a smokers room. Just stepping on it gave me a headache (because elevator, halls smell like ashtray and the room was pure nicotine smell). I couldn't stay.
