Everything was new and super clean. Its a brand new hotel. The front desk person was super nice and trying to work as fast as possible, he was alone so check in took a bit longer but everything was excellent.

Ok It’s was an ok hotel ,, they only cons is that the hotel had no pool!!

Clean room Nice clean hotel - check in staff helpful - nice kitchen with big frig - the only down side is no hand towels and they will give you fresh towels daily for a fee ?

Hotel was new & very clean. Some adjustments could be made like adding black out curtains to the windows (the mini blinds were so thin the parking lot lights lit up the entire room at night, imagine the Florida sun in the morning); having toiletries available in the bathroom vs upon request (quite annoying to have to get re-dressed to go down to lobby for toiletries before you shower); & adding a blow dryer to the room (these are also upon request but when asked they were all "checkout" to other rooms"). This hotel is fine. Clean and neat by disney! But no service.
