Overall nice hotel. Didn't like had to pay for everything. No continental breakfast. Only 2 towels for DBL room. Other than that hotel was nice....
Hotel is clean and new. Friendly staff.
Will become a great hotel at 192 It is a brand new hotel, opened on January 15th so everything is new and still creating processes. Easy parking, everything new, location, spacious room, refrigerator and stove top are pros. The cons are you have to take your garbage to the dumpster, no one at night at the front desk to help the guests
This will be our new hotel of choice in the Kissimmee area. Was checked in by manager, and he was so informative of the area. The rest of the team was friendly, with big smiles. My room was spacious, very clean and love the full size refrigerator. Will be back anytime I am back in the area.
The elevator did not work and the stair way was really dirty with unknown liquids on them and we could’ve slipped

I booked a night at this place just because the AC in my house broke and it was too hot inside my house for me to sleeo in it. When I get to the room turns out that the AC in the room wasn't working properly. And it was covered in black mold. It was pretty bad and the smell in the room was moldy. The TV didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and it felt a bit wierd. There was a lamp that was broken and very rusty. The lamp had a USB in which I planned on using to charge my phone but it was broken.
