From check in the staff was extremely extremely rude we stayed for about a week and it was towards the end of my stay that I witnessed the front desk gentleman call a customer an obscene inappropriate name. Will never stay at this property again…. With all of the competition in the area definitely save your money and go to a different property.

Did not enjoy our stay at this property. It smelled bad all around & looked dirty including the room we stayed in. There was a dead roach in the bathroom & on top of everything we were going to get charged to exchanging the towels. Would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Not what I expected at all This hotel is in a very questionable area and there were people clearly on drugs on the sidewalk every time we went outside. Little to no area to walk a dog we had with us as there is barely any grass and the grass around was completely litter covered and found dog poop not cleaned up multiple times as well. The beds were so uncomfortable and we literally found a roach in our room when we woke up after our one night stay.

Don’t ask for toilet paper, they won’t replace it when you run out. No housekeeping. The room smelled like mold. The beds are NOT queen size! They are FULL SIZE and barely fit two people! The “breakfast” is prepackaged blueberry muffins that taste like crap, Quaker instant grits and oatmeal packets. The creamer is poisonous. Usually waiting for someone at the front desk. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Staff doesnt help with issues with other guests. We had our upstairs neighbors stomp their feet till 1am and start again at 7 with no one on staff to help.

Roaches crawling on bed post and under pillow cases. Have not received refund.

Pros: Clean hotel, clean room, close enough to Disney, many options for food (mostly unhealthy options, though). I read a lot of reviews that complained about roaches, but I did not see any. Cons: The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the next rooms and the room above. My room smelled like old carrots. There were A LOT of dogs, some of which barked. The place at first seems OK, until you get into the room. There were cobwebs in the ceiling and the lamp. The floor was dirty, but the last straw was the roaches. I killed 2 the first night and stayed thinking that that was the end of it. The second night I killed no less than 9 roaches inside the room.
