One of our rooms wasn’t ready at the 3pm check-in. They charged an extra $110 for our pet that wasn’t expected!! No mention of any additional fees for our pet. The trash was full, food was left in the fridge from the previous guests!! There were water stains on the ceilings, counters were dirty and not secured to cabinets, tub was dirty, ripped screen on room window. Very disappointing for the money!!!!
Sofa was real dirty breakfast wasn’t what I expected at least some cereal and they stoled my ear pods.
Either an "old" or moldy smell throughout hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful when asked several questions. Two star at best. Not worth the money paid.
