The hotel was convenient to the RDV Sports Arena but the room had an unusual smell.

I like the quietness of the area location. I didn't like that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. I didn't like the breakfast it was not a good continental breakfast. The breakfast was more of a snack to go type of breakfast. I didn't like that the room carpet was damp with moisture from the air conditioner. And lastly I did liked that when I checked into my room that the room was already climate controlled and cool.

No toilet paper in room. Toilet seat had not been cleaned. No top sheet on bed.

The property was close enough to shopping but far enough away from the traffic. Nicely nestled in between office complexes to give easy access if you are needing extended day facilities in your room. Outside landscape is well maintained. Overall I had a good stay at the hotel.
