The towels, shower curtain need an urgent upgrade these are not fit for a homeless shelter. The carpet needs to be cleaned. A few visible roaches. If you need to sleep for a night this might workbut it is not worth 70+ dollars a night 25 for the most should be the rate. A few air fresheners would help. The staff was pleasant, check-in and check-out was easy.

Better than a motel, but only a little The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The uncarpeted entrance floor was sticky but it might have been a sticky cleaning agent (which still isn't a good thing).

a 2 the hotel area was very nice. the furniture especially the drawers really need to be updated.
