This is, supposedly, a smoke-free facility. However, we had to move from our initial room because of the overpowering odor of cigarettes. We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room nor did they bring clean towels. The beds were comfortable and there were no loud noises or disturbances. The staff was responsive to our needs but were somewhat hard to locate, especially at night. I would probably stay here again but would make sure I brought my own towels and toiletries.

This hotel is very convenient to the highways, but very quiet. The immediate neighborhood has some nice landscaping and it is pleasant for taking a walk. The hotel was also very quiet inside, except for a fire alarm one night!

For $145 a night this was way below extended stay For $145 a night this was way below extended stay America is normal quality. There was no outdoor seating area or barbecue area which is typically on property and all the other extended stays I’ve stayed up.

The rooms were clean and, in general, the property was fine, but some guests stayed outside in the parking lot until very late at night, smoking and drinking, some without shirts walking around the property, this was very unpleasant, this behavior It should not be allowed by the hotel management.

I am consolidating my summary for both itineraries for a total of 3 rooms. The property appearance from the outside needs a fresh coat of paint and a little rundown. The lobby was extremely small. Room 222 had roaches and sugar ants and the bathroom smelled. Room 239 bathroom had a horrible smell. Also, during the two days stay, there were people constantly hanging outside the property smoking near entrance and corner of the property.
