Ok hotel, pretty basic Hotel was ok, nothing too fancy. Service was ok too, not overly kind. Breakfast is NOT included, it's basically a "grab and go" option where you get granola bars and bagged muffins. We booked a smoking room in error but they were able to switch us to a non-smoking one, which was nice. Area is surrounded by office buildings so isn't very "touristic", but it was fine.

Great hotel for an excellent price! This was my second time staying at this hotel because of the price, location and service. I really enjoyed my short stay there and will be back.

I booked a no smoking room. The smell of smoke was heavy in the room. I went to the desk to ask for another room as I have heart trouble and I'm allergic to smoke. He wouldn't give me another room without paying more money. Hotels.com did offer to Credit me $50 for my next hotel stay. But I have yet to see the credit.

Nice place to stay for the price Location was difficult to get to due to construction and the 2 other locations that are very close. I tried to check in at the other 2 locations and this location's entrance is kinda hidden at night. Staff was ok and the room was also ok. Some people staying at the location were in the parking lot very late in the evening and the noise was a little bothersome.

Good, but hard to get to! I had a very nice stay, but there is a lot of construction in the area and it can be hard to get to the hotel. Totally not their fault! There was also trouble with the elevator that night, but the desk staff helped me get my bags to my room. The room was very clean and most comfortable.
