Cleanliness and friendliness are important! Impressed upon check-in, friendly, efficient desk clerk. Disappointed to find room not ready and not really clean. Refrigerator not working, top of refrigerator not washed in months, greasy and dirty. Television screen so dirty I am not sure how last guests were able to watch it. Metal stopper unit to bathtub pulled out and sitting in the corner of the bathroom, visible to anyone just opening the door. Easy access to main interstate leading to Daytona. The staff was as nice and pleasant as could be. The building and interior finish was as good or better than expected for the price. When we had trouble with wi-fi reception, I was hooked up with their tech people who fixed the problem immediately. We will stay there or in one of the other two buildings next time we visit.

Hotel was just ok, very close to rev sport complex Staff was helpful, breakfast was limited to muffin and granola bars. No hair dryer in the room. Choose this hotel for a sport competition. Due to construction, entrance was hard to fine.

A good buy for this area. It was a hotel I was familiar with and close to family. It was in very good condition and I would recommend it to friends. I would suggest that guest be told that the road leading to the entrance to the hotel is torn up and it is a different road to take to get to them. once we called the front desk we were able to find them quickly.
