The room shower was not clean a light socket was mess up something white dried on a corner of dresser was left I had to get the house keeping to checkout of the hotel bc of front was closed

My key stopped working 3 times in one night, and there was cockroaches. I knew this place wasn’t going to be nice, but roaches?!? The least they could do was call an exterminator

This place is an absolute nightmare. It smells like cigarettes. There’s really questionable people walking around and there’s nobody there in the lobby at late checkout. I got in there late and then after waiting 30 minutes, finally got taken care of by somebody. They ended up putting me in a room that already had somebody in it so I went back down into the lobbyand tried to call the nighttime attendant and waited and waited and waited. O cheiro do hotel é insuportável; minha esposa passou 4 noites tomado antialérgico. A limpeza é zero. O chão é pegajoso. Os pés grudam ao andar. A mobília é antiga, desgastada e sem manutenção. O cheio do lençol cheirava a lençol mal lavado. Espero que ninguém passe o que passamos.

The desk clerk was very difficult to deal with We were told that we would have to purchase the cookware for the kitchen, we requested more towels and we were told none were available

Front desk was alert and helpfull but management and accomodations were horrible.First room was not cleaned, someone was squating there since front door does not lock. Moved across the hall. Second room is smoke-free but was heavily smoked in, tried the windows but both were broken and could not close or lock! Never Again!
