They assigned us a room that was already occupied. Then assigned us another room. But then assigned that room to another couple. So I wasn't feeling very secure of leaving anything in my room. Also the toilet in our room was broken so we had to remove the top in order to flush. The remote to the TV. Only turned on and off. The volume and the channel up and down button did not work. The hotel staff were nice. However, the hotel lacked some basic services. For example, I asked for an extra pillow, but they didn't have any extras. Later on, I asked for a first aid kit for some band aids because I cut my skin and they didn't have a first aid kit or band aids

Stay was decent. The worst part about the property was the breakfast. No options, only bagels and frozen waffles that weren't froze. First day there was one option of cereal but not the others. First day there was no syrup for the waffle. Any of the stay there was no cream cheese for the bagels. Just a very poor breakfast option.
