Could Have Been Better The staff was kind and helpful. I was disappointed with the room appearance and issues with the sound on the TV. Another issue was the breakfast options. It was supposed to be an on the go breakfast, On my first morning, there was barely anything on the counter. This was around 7:30 too. On my second day, they had a few small muffin packages out and bread for toast and maybe jelly. I expected a little more choices for an Extended Stay property.

Checked in late, and the fire alarm in the room was periodically chirping with the low battery signal. There was no maintenance after hours to fix it, and no other room to switch into, so we had to sleep through it. Shower faucet also leaked. We were moved to a different room the next day, and the beds had a sheet and bedspread, but no blanket. Had to request that from the front desk, and had to wait because they were all in the wash. Needs improvement Upon arrival we asked for ice.. turns out there's no ice/water machines. But our room had a built-in kitchen and in the keycards it says you can ask for several things for the kitchen like a coffee maker.. YET theres no ice machine.. blew my mind. Secondly the sheets were dirty - we found hair on them that wasn't ours. The carpet left your feet with a residue. Had to wash up and make sure to keep my socks on. Pros: Pet friendly.

When I called there was some confusion about which hotel I was booked for there is two on the property...it turns out I was booked at the hotel on the back property which worked out for me since the staff at the front hotel was not great!!
