When I called there was some confusion about which hotel I was booked for there is two on the property...it turns out I was booked at the hotel on the back property which worked out for me since the staff at the front hotel was not great!! When I called and spoke to the staff at the front hotel the women who answered had an entire conversation with other staff member before even acknowledging she had picked up the phone and greeting me on the other end...once she had greeted me and I began explaining the reason for my call s... read more

Could Have Been Better The staff was kind and helpful. I was disappointed with the room appearance and issues with the sound on the TV. Another issue was the breakfast options. It was supposed to be an on the go breakfast, On my first morning, there was barely anything on the counter. This was around 7:30 too. On my second day, they had a few small muffin packages out and bread for toast and maybe jelly. I expected a little more choices for an Extended Stay property.
