So I was checked into a room that doesn’t actually close OK. The door itself has to the door has its loose the handle and inside the door itself where the actual latch is there were some buffers put up so that the door wouldn’t close. The property was dirty and run down. It was not connected to the convention center as advertised
No towel, no trash can, no shampoo no chairs, front desk has rest time. Terrible service! Smell room! Do not come here any more!!! The worst hotel in the world!!!

No supplies in the room. Had to pay extra for those. Cockroach’s. Poor condition of the whole property and room. Location was good. Staff were friendly but service at the counter was slow. Travel often and this was by far the worst place I have stayed at.

A place to save $. That's it. Only stay here if you need to save money. So many things were degraded that you can't even list them. Lights not working. Room not cleaned properly. Carpets are disgusting. But if you want to save money, it's good for that. We brought our own sheets.

Worst hotel I stayed in North America. I left even if I paid and it was non refundable. The rooms are old, grim, dirty, smelly and greasy.
