Furniture had been roughly handled . TV very limited. Bathtub fixtures were loose from the wall but still worked. Mostly a pretty tired and worn place in need of refurbishing.

Only gave one star because impossible to give ZERO stars. Room was not clean and there were numerous roaches seen throughout the stay. Hotel needs an update. We were obviously charged a fee much higher than the normal rate due to convention being held, even clerk checking us in seem surprised at the rate we paid. Was never given a parking permit for car, and almost had car towed away!! I would never stay here again.

Absolutely awful stay at this hotel. Do not under any circumstances stay at this property. First I was given a room with a disgusting bathroom. This should have never passed inspection as a clean room. Black mold on top of the shower. Hair from a previous tenant on the shower walls. I complained and got a new room. No real hassle. The hotel, is in a state of decay. Furniture in the room was chipped and damaged. The hallways had an odor. There were virtually no amenities in the room.Not even a clean xbox. The shower curtain bar had pulled out of the wall and was reattached without patching the old holes. There was black mold.

Have stayed a few times over 5 years, and the property standards has heavily dropped since my last visit. I had cockroaches in the bathroom, there was a significant brown “splatter” stain on the shower ceiling, and what looked to be mold in the corner. The residue from previous occupant’s soap bars were still on the bath tub at check in. Homeless people was there walking around with garbage bags and trash all over the hotel. Went to w2nd floor, very dirty in the room and no kitchen utensils and plates cups and pans and pots. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Even the staff advised that it wasn’t safe to stay

We didn't stay there because there was 4 rooms with people inside occupying the place. Scary, dirty, awful.

The worst experience in my life. There is nothing satisfying with the hotel. Its dirty, bad smell of smoking, no maintenance of the room. Never go to this extended stay america.
