The room was in terrible shape, floors were disgusting. Mattress was terrible thankfully I was there by myself. No rooms anywhere due to a large convention going on.

Worst hotel stay of my life. Bugs, urine smell, filth. Stayed one night because it was already late and found different hotel for rest of stay even though the hotel and hotels.com would not refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

The worst hotel in the world there can't be a worse one. I don't recommend it to anyone very very bad. And I hope Expedia takes it out of its market

From the moment we arrived there was a bad smell in the whole building, everything looked dirty and outdated. The room itself had an ancient barely working refrigerator, kitchen cabinets are extremely old. The bath tub blackened with use (I guess it's never properly cleaned) and old, and sealant is coming off at the faucet. The floors are something else, it's even disgusting to look at them and something else to walk: do not step with bare feet because the floors don't ever get washing. This hotel had stains on the bedding doors missing on dressers and it was disgustingly dirty

Room was dirty and had roaches. Staff was very unfriendly and cooperative. Amenities were non-existent. I got a good last minute deal thru Orbitz. I arrived at the hotel and checked out as soon as I opened the door to my room.

We didn’t realize the “sports complex” was a different building than the main Extended Stay. We had to go to the building behind the main lodge. Upon checking in, the room appeared clean. There wasn’t a dish or cup in site though. We were told that was standard for this place. So we had a full kitchen and not even paper products to be able to use the kitchen.
