Cigarette burns in the shower curtain, hair on the shower, $15 to replace towels so for four night stay you got two towels, no heat when it’s 40 degrees outside, staff was so rude and felt like an inconvenience checking in, dirty hallways and the smoke smell is repulsive it was all over my belongings after we left, mold and rust in the kitchen, carpet has holes and stained sheets

The worst hotel you could ever stay at Been using Hotels.com for almost 20 years. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever attempted to stay at. After checking in and giving them my credit card I made it to the room where there was hair in the bathroom sink, stains all over the carpet, stains all over the chairs, molding pulled off The bathtub, mold in the refrigerator….. when I went downstairs to try to get my money back and go somewhere else they would not refund my money. Pictures are differents from what actually you find at the room. Room smell awful, 0 in cleaning, air conditioning didn’t work appropiate. Not good!

One of the most unsafe and dirty places I’ve been at. The room was dirty, the bathroom had hair trimmings from the previous guest, the carpet had food and yeah still on it. We did NOT stay, we left and went to a different hotel. The staff did refund the money.

Just NO. Took 2 steps in the door, cancelled, and left. Stains all over the "upgraded" room. We had a late night arrival, and the "on call" staff member came down after 20 minutes of standing outside, came down in plain clothes, and checked me in. Went to the room, looked at it, and turned around and gave her the key back. She said she'd cancel the stay, but never did. Working on it now with Hotels.com customer service.
