Hotel has roachs and unprofessional

Front desk check is was rude. We checked in at 8:45, immediately after we checked in she closed the roll down shutter. There was no one in the lobby to assist people, our room didn’t had any towels and by the time we figured it out there was no in at reception to give us any. The front door to the lobby was locked and the room key didn’t open it so if you went out you got locked out. The beds were dirty and had dead bugs on them. We found used staples in the sheets and the corridors wreaked of weed.

Booked in haste and it was a huge mistake. I should have read reviews because they are true, property in decay roach infested room with broken AC. Staff is difficult to get a hold of. This property should not be listed by Expedia for its customers. Worst experience at a hotel ever!

The room was filthy! Toenails on the floor. Dust on furniture. The shower was patched and had hole in wall. Under bed was filthy. The complex smelled of pot. The fridge was totally rusted on the exterior. V I have pictures to support this. No breakfast. The entire facility was disgusting. I talked to other guest who said they had to go to Walgreens and buy cleaning supplies because their room was disgusting also. I am happy to supply the pictures. We didn’t end up staying. The libby smelled terrible. After checking in? Hoping rooms were better, the door was stuck. Reception had to use force to open it. Once in, the windows were covered in mildew, the bathroom looked like a gas station dirty restroom and I wouldn’t recommend walking without shoes. Receptionist was apologetic and offered another room. We declined and she quickly refunded our money. Unfortunately this time of year meant we traveled an hour for another room.

The dirtiest worst maintained hotel I have ever seen. First they checked me in and charged me 6 times the rate in my agreement Then they didnt have the room type that I had reserved

This a place people live not for coming to a convention. Do not let your boss book this because it is the cheapest hotel near the convention center. There is no housekeeping, no shampoo, no breakfast, no coffee but there is bad smells and sketchy vibes. This place should not be listed on Expedia, it is a place you pay cash and hide out.
