Worst Experience Ever near Panama City Reserved for 7 days and checked out 2 days early. First and foremost, staff is available for a limited time and the ones on shift are hard to find within the building. There is an odor in the air prior to entering to check in. There is cat food back the backdoor, so be careful not to step in it. The elevator stinks like cigarettes. The room had a musky odor. Ehh Got this hotel last minute. The stay was okay, but I won't be back. The staff was rude to my children when I sent them down for towels. I asked for a non smoking room, and they put me on a smoking floor. Beds were uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for I guess.

They don't clean room until u leave. I wouldn't stay there again . Not for me. They place had an odor and not iron and front desk closes at 8pm and doesn't open till 8am

Ok but would not stay again Rooms are out of date the beds are small and uncomfortable and you have no daily cleaning

There were no clean sheets to change the bed no change of towels, they said that there would be utensils in the room non were there there were nothing to eat with. The next time I won't be going back unless some changes are made

Worst maid service The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. They have room service every two weeks. The second day I was there they stopped by and asked if I would like service. I said yes and the lady was extremely rude and they never came by. I talked to the manager and they looked at me crazy and still no service.
