Worst customer service available! Literally full disclosure from the beginning that I had two service dogs and one non service dog! Was screamed at that I was only allowed two dogs! So I offered to change and take one of my dogs to stay somewhere else was told that was fine and allowed to check in! As my husband is bringing in our stuff as I took the dogs in the room the MANAGER of the location stopped him and told him to pay for the dogs or leave! Well I was never offered the option to pay! Overpriced I was rather disappointed with the accommodations - only one device on wi-fi, no coffee in room or anywhere on the premises - for $150/per night. Maybe it was the location, but not worth the price, go ahead and pay a little more, you'll get a lot more!

I’m not usually the one to leave a review.. however i feel this was needed. Terrible place to stay. Hard bed. Floors were super dirty, they handed us a broom to Sweep ourselves. Gave us 2 towels and Charged money for any extra clean ones.

The only pro is the convenient location. Walmart and other stores right across the street. Cons Nothing is included in the rental of the room. You want clean towels 1.25 per day You want your room serviced 25.00 You need wifi that will actually load a web page 3.00 daily Trash full, walk it out to the dumpster yourself. Want to check in after 8pm, expect to wait in the lobby calling the service number repeatedly. Additionally, they double charged my debit card and I'm still fighting to get the 325.00 returned to me.
