Do not recommend this hotel to anyone The staff was incredibly unprofessional and impersonal. We had to give towels to get towels. At times they were out of towels. Had 3 adults in my party, but would only give us 1 key card. We had to take out our own trash per the staff. Room was barely if at all picked up/ beds made like a 3 year old . I left 2 days early per a family emergency, but was Not refunded any money for which I had already paid. Not a good place to stay if you want a good night Went in to check in and the person working the desk was eating and talking about very unesscary things. Walked into the hall and you could only smell marijuana, took the elevator and could only smell marijuana on my floor. Room looked nice but had a bad smell, could not tell what it was exactly. Hotel had bugs The hotel had bugs, the bed was horrible. The guy at the office at check in, when he showed up 20 mins after i got their.. told me a story on how a lady just got busted cooking meth in a room. This hotel really should be taking off of expedia. I love this site, but will not use it if this happens one more time. My refund got back too me quick, thank you on that.

Toss and turn The bed was a full size. You had to pick either side to sleep. Tossed and turned all night. When I checked out the next day and asked me how my stay was and I told him. He laughed and said " It's like that sometimes"

Never Again!! Our stay lasted 8 days, that's 8 days too long! The room smelled awful, whatever caused the smell gave my husband his asthma, which led to a trip to the doctors office for a breathing treatment and a prescription! And that was on day 1! So the rest of our vacation was not spent doing the things we had planned to do as my husbands breathing was bad due to the smell in the room. Worst stay of my life This really should not be classified as a hotel. It's more like a boarding institution. The hotel was dirty inside and out. The rooms smelled of feet, urine and smoke. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive. We were told at check in they do background checks on their customers, we felt that statement was insulting. Low price, no room service We picked this hotel because of the price, but we were dissapointed with the fact that there is no room service. On the description of the hotel it says limited room service, but we got NONE. If you want clean bed sheets, the carped vacuumed or trash taken out; you have to do that yourself. When I asked for the floor to be vacumed..I was told they could let me borrow a vacuum cleaner. Basically it is a "clean yourself" hotel. Employees were very nice:)
