Don't even think about it. The exterior of the hotel projects as a modern mid scale hotel but the impression ends there. This hotel advertises itself on its outdoor marquee as having full kitchen facilities. NOT SO. Its true they have a refrigerator and a stove. It ends there . No pots, no pans, no silverware, no dishes, no glasses, no cups. When questioned after checking in, the desk clerk said " well there is a Walmart" across the street. Go figure. The staff had the worst attitude, not accommodating. Got there at 4pm and they told me that the room wasn’t ready and there was nothing they can do, also I booked a non smoking room and all they had available is smoking. The staff didn’t care one way or another. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, WORST EVER!

Bad experience!!!! I had a reservation for a non smoking room. I got there at 8 PM. I was told all they had was a smoking room. The manager told me she would clean a non smoking for me which took over an hour. The whole hotel once inside smelled of smoke even the non smoking floor/room. I have asthma and had a flare up due to this. I asked for a refund of the second night and was told they couldn't do that since I had actually stayed. I don't recommend this to anyone who prefers/needs non-smoking.

Unwelcoming Could not find reservation and no rooms available. When I presented my paper copy of my confirmation suddenly I was in the system after all. Although I arrived 15 minutes early it took an hour to actually be checked in. After a 700 Mile drive I was not a happy camper. Bed mattress kept slipping off the bed. Ok for the money, but there are better places The hotel itself was clean, but very noisy. You could hear the people above, below, and beside you at all times of day and night. The beds were hard but clean, the toilet paper little better than tissue, and the windows only had blinds with no curtains. There is a 2 burner stove with microwave and full refrigerator, but no oven and no utensils unless you want to buy them from the hotel. Okay Not a 3 star location because of the animal friendly policy. You now have a good hotel that is going to the dogs.
You get what you pay for. I have been staying here for an assignment in Panama City. The management has changed every other week I’ve been here, they get worse and worse. They charge you for linen services, housekeeping, etc. they say they do bi-weekly cleaning but it never happens. Happy to be out of here soon.
