Hotel needs to provide more than two pillows. The pillows were flat and I had to bring in some of my own. Clean hotel, but the floors were little gritty at check-in. Wear socks!

The location was very close to West Florida University which was my destination. It was close to amenities. The condition of the hotel was average to poor. Staff was helpful and very nice!

No peace and quiet! The presentation of the building and inside the rooms was clean but it is more of an apartment type hotel with no lobby. It was terrible with noise dampening. I was constantly woken because of loud talking, heavy footsteps upstairs, dogs barking because the noise carries throughout.

Dear Casey, I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant stay with us due to the noise complaint that you mentioned. The staff tries to ensure that after 9 pm the hotel is observing quiet hours. Obviously it is too late to correct this problem for you however our staff would have walked the hotel and ask others to keep it quite. Again I apologize for the noise level.
