The property was easy to access and everything was clean. I was an after hours check-in, which was a new experience for me with Woodspring. It took about 10 minutes to reach customer service, wothen called the night manager to assist me. Leslie came down and assisted me with a smile and a very warm greeting -even at 12:45am Central time. I appreciated her courtesy and enjoyed my short overnight stay. Even at checkout Leslie was personable and attentive. Thank you Leslie for your hospitality.

The property is in a good location, it's quiet, and clean. The only issue I had while staying here was the elevators went out during check out. We had to carry all of our belongings down the stairs.

The staff was very friendly, clean rooms. Disappointed there was no ice machine, wi-fi wouldn’t stay connected, and there was something wrong with the cable/satellite. No matter what channel we tried watching, the channel would freeze and the screen would be “grainy” (for lack of better words).

I didn't realize that it was an extended stay hotel until I got there. The wifi costed extra. Laundry was $5 per load. The hotel only washes towels and sheets every 14 days. They provided a 2 burner cooktop with no dishes or coffee pot. If you are there for work and just need a place to sleep it's fine. I would not stay there again.

Short on amenities room reserved not available It was a okay value for the price paid but there are absolutely no amenities. This property was chosen because of the kitchenette but there is not one utensil, one plate or even one plastic cup included in the room. No toaster or even a coffee maker. Plus no coffee available in lobby, ever. In fact, there is no lobby.
