The staff was friendly.
Just a little run down - back entrance was broken, stairwell entrance on side smelled like wet dog - not very well insulated- hard people in hallway all night long - our room floor was dirty!

Hotel did not meet my expectations poor quality. I chose king bed but was told that none of there rooms had king beds. I was move to handicapped room cause it had a recliner.

Internet and phone system were inop for our stay. The employees were cordial and helpful. When I put my bag on the bed (approx. 50 lbs) The headboard fell down making a loud klunk on the floor.

Not what was advertised on Travelocity. Was not clean or updated. Smelled like smoke and could hear through the wallls. Room was dirty bathroom dirty.
