There was roaches the big ones in halway and roaches in the room and yhey did nothing about it. Never stay there again!!

The hotel is basic. Bare minimun, you will get a bed and sheets. Their towels are rough, as if you are using sand paper. There is no room service. The staff are rude and unfriendly, making primary referrence to the evening staff. I chose it because it was the only pet friendly hotel in the area. I had to pay an addtional fee for my pets. However, the evening staff was definitely not pet friendly. My 10 month od puppy, tried to say hello and she was almost kicked by the evening staff. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were like sleeping on cots. The ac was very noisy. The bedding was very worn. The room was dirty especially in the regards to the pandemic. As soon as we got to the room, the smoke detector was beeping. It needed a new battery.

Wayer stopped toolet didnt flush. It waa just a nasty place

We checked in, left for dinner, visited with some family....we came back to the room, turned on the lights and started “counting” the bugs! We stopped counting in the twenties. We left.

It was not a pleasant hotel for little ones , it stinks all in the hallways and when you enter your room it is worse . They staff is really nice but the hotel is just not comfortable. Holes in the wall , smelt like old food and smoke . We had crumbs on a table that was in a room like someone just left out of there from eating . Nice staff but just not except able if you are bringing kids . I didn’t feel safe to sleep in the beds .

The hotel manager is a total prick. He put me out of his hotel, supposedly for causing a disturbance, only after I informed him that I would be filing a formal complaint with his corporate office. And he refused to refund any of my money for the nights that I paid in advance. I've waited over two weeks and the hotel owners have yet to respond to my complaint. I assume they are okay with this manager's behavior!
