The room rate is good, but the service is very very poor.

I don't know why people hate on this hotel so much. The service was very friendly and the room was amazing! We were spoiled by the full kitchen.

Everything was nice and clean as it should be. I don’t really have any complaints. Staff isn’t very talkative

Customer service helped me get a room after all of them were booked up or dirty! Customer service took the time to get a room ready for me! Other then that the place smelled disgusting! I was awake several times by a dog barking loudly not to remind you I was only there for one night. Little kids were running around by there self apparently people stay there for long term. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for Expedia to put on there website I would give really give it a one star!
