The room was really clean and organized. Some sweeping under the bed would have been good, but other than that, no problems.

Tried to check in a couple of hours early due to Hurricane Sally. Was told could not because they were not ready. Staff appeared to be standing around and they did not seem to recognize the urgency of getting people checked in. Entrance was a mess with trash stacked by the door. Inside lobby/desk was dirty. Decided not to return even though I knew I would be charged for that night.

It smelled so terrible through the entire place. The evening staff was rude and always on their phone.
