What we didn't like was the mattresses they were awful they are the same when we stay there about 3years ago.

Temp stay at WoodSpring suites NW Pensacola We recently moved to Pensacola and were recommended WoodSpring suites. The staff on duty were pleasant. There were 3 of us in the room and we asked for an extra towel which we were given. We initially checked in for 1 week and we rebooked for a second week. When we returned the 3 towels for clean towels we were told we were only allowed two towels and we never should never have had 3 even though there were 3 people in the Roon. Some of the front desk staff are rude and the rate is too high for what what you get. I was there for almost a week and wasnt offered housekeeping service even once. I won't book again with this chain.
