They were very nice. The room was clean. It was nice to have a mini home away from home. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen has absolutely no utensils, dishes etc. Full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stove. If you bring your own dishes/pots/pans you will be fine. Bed uncomfortable. Mattress on metal frame.

A great week long trip. At first I/we weren't too thrilled with our hotel/trip choice. Our vacation sort of started out a little shaky due to a car accident, but the staff was mostly accommodating when it came to changing reservations. We wanted something affordable, cheap, clean and ultimately safe on our week-long trip to Pensacola. This place is certainly satisfactory in all of those categories! The clerk did not seem very knowledgeable. We chkd in and got to the room, keys did not open the door. encountered clerk on the 3rd floor, tried his, did not open the door. We all three went back downstairs to rekey the cards (Problem I suspect is the battery in the lock was dead), went back up to no avail. He moved us to a different room, same floor, success.
