The clerk did not seem very knowledgeable. We chkd in and got to the room, keys did not open the door. encountered clerk on the 3rd floor, tried his, did not open the door. We all three went back downstairs to rekey the cards (Problem I suspect is the battery in the lock was dead), went back up to no avail. He moved us to a different room, same floor, success. Smell in hall way and main door broken could not enter without talking around to side doors

Great staff, very friendly. But the room has less than the essentials in it. You must bring your own cutlery, plates etc. Bed was Ok, but with a tv, a fridge and microwave, it is all you get.

There was a big pile of hair in the middle of the bed when I pulled the cover down and the tv did not work.
