Was hoping for a budget friendly stay. But did not feel safe and very dirty. Not the type of place you take your shoes off at. We booked three nights but actually left after first night. I would suggest Expedia remove them from the list.

I pulled in the parking lot and immediately clicked our cancel reservation button because it was unsafe for myself and my 14 year old son to stay there. I was still charged even though I cancelled the reservation & purchased the protection. Poor business ethics & sketchy hotel? I will not book through expedia again

No shampoo or conditioner. Took a long time to get staff to check us in and out. Fire alarm went off in all the hotel at 3:30 am, forcing us to evacuate with our young child, with no explanation. Smelled bad. Not enough pillows or towels.

Staff were kind. Hotel was old and very noisy at night. The listing said there would be breakfast, but there actually is not at that location.

Front desk people are for a lack of a better word “GHETTO” and unprofessional, towels smell overly washed with bleach, no soap, no shampoo, no house keeping services unless requested, rooms are not cleaned properly, beds super uncomfortable and broken, elevator seems out of date!!
